Order/Payment/Policy/Misc FAQ's How do I place an order? I have added a shopping cart to make it easy to shop and purchase items for your suggie. Shipping is calculated per item so if you have a large order please send me an email and tell me what you would like to order and I will send you an invoice and combine shipping. Orders will be process within three days you will get an email confirmation. If you have not received a confirmation from me please email me.
How do I pay for my order? I accept payments through PayPal. If you do not have PayPal you can still pay with your credit or debit card without being a member. I will also accept money orders but I will not started on your order until after payment is received.
When can I expect my order? All of my items are custom made which takes time. Orders placed today will take 1-2 weeks. Sometimes I will be able to fit smaller orders into my schedule, please email to find out. All Pre-made purchases will be shipped in 3-5 days.
How will my items come to me and when will I know it is shipped? I ship through PayPal and use USPS. Once I have processed your shipping label PayPal will send you an email with the tracking number which will also tell you the order was shipped. If a box is returned to me because post office was unable to deliver due to a wrong address you will be responsible for paying shipping again to the right destination.
What kind of up keep is required to maintain my items? All items are constructed using the safest materials and assembly techniques. We inspect all items during the packing process ensuring that they leave safe. Your gliders safety is important to us!
Fleece toys can be hand washed in your kitchen sink or bath tub and then hug to air dry. Plastic toys can be washed in your kitchen sink or bath tub. Cage sets can be washed in your washer on a delicate cycle and then hung to air dry or on low heat setting on your dryer.
It is important to do frequent checks on your toys/cage sets over time to make sure the integrity of the product has remained intact. I am not responsible for any injuries that may result from the use of my products.
